Can feel a see a change in my skin so will continue to use the product
I have had multiple grafts & flaps done on my nose & since taking sun repair morning & night without fail, I have noticed a huge difference in the way my skin looks & feels. More hydrated, less redness, I am very happy thus far. My chest area or decaltage is where I have seen the most impressive improvement. I found a photo from 2 yrs ago & compared it to the pic I took today, after only 2 months...wow, what a difference. I can hardly believe it myself! As a person with Celtic /scandanavian heritage sunbathing should have been outlawed! I have been watching a small SK on face disappearing in the last few weeks. So obsessed with monitoring it I neglected to look at the rest of my sun damaged skin. I’ve been using Actaskin for 9 weeks now and am incredibly happy with the results so far. I’ve had sun damage as well as a damaged skin barrier for years. My skin was really unbalanced and very oily but dry at the same time and I’ve struggled with it for decades trying so many things to fix it. I had huge pores all over my face and ‘sandpaper’ skin from congested pores- I struggled to wear makeup without it looking cakey and gross. Within two weeks of using Actaskin my oiliness improved and congestion began to decrease. My partner started to compliment me on my skin. As a fellow health professional, I am always looking for reliable high quality supplements to recommend to patients as part of a holistic plan for their skin. I purchased this for my husband actually who has Fitz II skin + propensity for redness/sensitivity + strong fhx of nmnsc. I have been using them myself more as a general preventative (I am South Asian so darker skin). I have noticed my skin definitely feels less reactive and dull, moisture barrier functioning much better alongside topical skincare. As a mum of 2 under 2 I feel since introducing this my skin also just feels a little more lively despite the terrible staccato sleep. The sunscreen melts into the skin easily, no nasty white cast, leaves a velvety finish and no pilling under make up. Non comedogenic also. Wore well with my combination skin plus no greasiness. Very nice product.

This is for my husband who at 63 is having skin checks regularly. His doctor had recommended nicotinamide so we were using Blackmores Insolar, but Actaskin seems to have additional ingredients to support the skin.
So we are giving it a go and documenting with photos.

I’m in my late 50s and have loved the sun on my face for my entire life - I have a fair amount of skin damage as a result, lines and hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and neck. I use prescription strength topicals and have had some good results but there is only so much that topicals can do, so I tried Actaskin - for a few weeks I saw no results, but then I started to notice a very real improvement - my skin is more hydrated, and has a glow it didn’t have before! I’ve been using this for about 6 weeks. Scots born, grew up in Australia, I had a lot skin damage growing up. This product has helped my skin recover from recent laser treatments, made it less red and reactive and seems to have halted the development of a new skin spot. I’m excited to see the changes over the next few months.
I have polymorphic light eruption and began taking this as there is some evidence the ingredients may help. One bottle in and I can honestly say that my skin is less red, definitely less itchy and stingy after being in the light. It's begun to give me my confidence back to go and do outdoorsy things again. Too early to tell - my skin still has a lot of pigmentation, but tablets are well tolerated. Not satisfied or dissatisfied, I’m sure it is too early to tell however I will buy the tablets again.
I started taking Actaskin after reading the latest impressive results for Nicotinamide. Now 8 months in I am frankly astonished by the remarkable transformation of my skin. I started with shocking cystic acne scars and more than 60 years of skin damage. Over my lifetime I’ve wasted a lot of money on useless skin care, and thousands more on laser treatments. Nothing made much difference. 5 years of Tretinoin has been a game changer and I’m now religious about 50+ sunscreen. I didn’t really think a supplement would make much difference to how my skin looks. The photos say it all: smoother, less pigmentation, plumper - I recommend it to everyone I know.
