Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Actaskin website and forms part of our Terms of Use. It outlines the terms and conditions relating to the shipping and delivery of products ordered from Actaskin Pty Ltd (“Actaskin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to residential and business addresses located within Australia and New Zealand only.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and within stated timeframes, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, peak periods, weather events, or public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Actaskin is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or apply free shipping to specific products or order thresholds, as indicated on the website.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
4A. Sale Peak Period Processing Times
During any major sale period, order processing times may be longer than usual due to significantly increased order volume.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched during this period. Once dispatched, delivery times may also be extended as courier networks across Australia experience heavy congestion.
We appreciate your patience and recommend placing orders early if you require your items by a particular date.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing items, you must notify us in writing at hello@actaskin.com within three (3) days of delivery.
For damaged parcels or products, please provide the following:

A clear description of the issue; and

Photographic evidence of the damage or packaging condition.
Where damage or loss is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Claims submitted after the 3-day period may not be accepted.
6. Authority to Leave
Unless otherwise specified, parcels may be delivered with authority to leave (ATL) at the discretion of the courier. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe location or redirected to a collection point, depending on the courier’s policy.
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after a delivery has been confirmed as completed by the courier.
