Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Actaskin website and forms part of our Terms of Use. It outlines your rights and obligations regarding the return, exchange, and refund of goods purchased from Actaskin Pty Ltd (“Actaskin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee. These rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, our change-of-mind return policy below.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within seven (7) days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with any seals, tags, or labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
  • The item is not a promotional, clearance, or discounted item.

Customers must contact us at hello@actaskin.com prior to returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is found to be defective or sent in error.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. In certain circumstances, we may issue a prepaid return shipping label at our discretion.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

You must inspect all goods upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us at hello@actaskin.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include the following:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or error.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. We may request that the faulty item be returned to us. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of the following items unless required by law:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition;
  • Personal care items or consumables (e.g. supplements, skincare) once opened or used;
  • Items marked as promotional, clearance, or discounted;
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers;
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return.

5. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Sun Repair. If you have taken Sun Repair as directed (two tablets daily for 30 consecutive days) and have not experienced any improvement in your skin health or appearance, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Results Guarantee.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

·       Be a first-time customer

·       Have purchased Sun Repair directly from www.actaskin.com

·       Provide proof of purchase

·       Submit your refund request within 35 days of receiving your order

·       Confirm in writing that you took the product as directed for 30 consecutive days

Refunds under this policy apply to one order per customer.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item (subject to approval) and placing a new order once the return has been processed and approved.

7. Subscription Orders

If you have subscribed to an Actaskin product, you may manage your subscription through your account. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next delivery cycle, cancellations must be made by 11:59 PM the day prior to your scheduled billing date. If cancellation occurs after this time, the charge will be processed and your product shipped. We do not refund processed subscription orders unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after fifteen (15) business days from the approval notification, please contact us at hello@actaskin.com.

We are only able to process refunds to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative payment methods or accounts.

9. Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in our confirmation email. The return address will be supplied once your return request has been accepted. Items sent back without authorisation may not be processed.
