Your personal code is on your order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email. Send it by text, WhatsApp or email.

When they use your link, 15% off is applied automatically at checkout. Or they can type your code in at checkout.

As soon as your friend's order ships, we'll email you a personal 15% discount code for your next order.

Good to know

Where do I find my code?

It's on the page you see right after you order, and in every order confirmation email we send you. Your code never changes, so you can keep sharing the same one.

How many friends can I refer?

As many as you like. You earn a separate reward for every friend who orders.

When do I get my reward?

As soon as your friend's order ships. We'll email it to you. If their order is cancelled or refunded before it ships, no reward is issued.

Can I use more than one reward on an order?

One reward per order. If you have several, use them on separate orders.

Does it work with subscriptions?

Yes. Your friend's 15% applies to the first payment of a subscription, not to every delivery. Your reward can be used on any order.

Terms

  • The friend discount is for new Actaskin customers and can be used once per customer, on their first order.
  • On subscriptions, the friend discount applies to the first payment only.
  • Referral discounts can't be combined with other discount codes or promotions, except free-shipping offers.
  • Your reward is issued when your friend's order ships. It is not issued if their order is cancelled or refunded first.
  • Rewards are single-use, can only be used by you (with the same email address you order with), and expire 90 days after they're issued.
  • One reward per order. Rewards can't be combined with each other or with other discounts.
  • Referring yourself doesn't qualify. This includes using a second email address, or orders to the same delivery address as yours.
  • We may cancel an unused reward if your friend's order is later refunded.
  • Rewards have no cash value. Actaskin may change or end the referral program at any time; rewards already issued will be honoured until they expire.
